Elementary German II


In Elementary German II you will continue to learn the basics of German. On the one hand the course is focused on every-day communication skills you need when traveling through a German-speaking country. On the other hand we will start to talk –although in a simplified way- about general topics. The course will use a communicative methodology – you will have many opportunities to speak German and not only memorize vocabulary. Our textbook will be “Deutsch heute”. At the end of the semester you should know the grammar and the language capabilities, which are the learning goals of this book (especially chapters 7-12). We will also watch one or two German movies.
