Ms. Novotna’s academic background is in the social sciences, namely sociology. Her long-term interests include: family, marriage, gender roles, culture, changing social trends and norms. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Sociology and Public Policy, which she obtained at the Anglo-American University in Prague. Currently, Zdena Novotna is working on a PhD program at the Faculty of Philosophy, Charles University, Prague.
